On Friday 15th August the Priory B C went away to Wicklewood, which we went with a full 12 players (4 Triples), the weather was a little cooler of late which was more acceptable for playing.

Rink 1 :-  Brian, John A and Ivan F, right up until the 12th end the Priory Triple were in complete control of the game with the score standing at Priory 16 to Wicklewood 4, Wicklewood then fought back with scoring 9 o the last 4 ends, which  brought the final score to Priory 16 shots to Wicklewood 13.

Rink 2 :-   Pat L, Bet and John M, the Priory got off to a good start, winning the first 5 ends, but Wicklewood Triple fought back to win 22 shots to the Priory 5.

Rink 3 :-  Bob, Sandy and Melvyn, the priory triple didn't score until the 8th end with 1 shot, and only scoring on another 3 ends, with Wicklewood winning 23 shots to 5.

Rink 4 :-   Arthur, Di G and Ivan H, the Priory triple were up against a very strong Wicklewood triple with Wicklewood winning 23 shots to Priory 6.

Overall, the 4 Priory triples were up against 4 very good Wicklewood players, coupled with a long green, which the Priory struggled with, but that aside, the game was played in good spirit.

The end result was Wicklewood 88 shots to the Priory 37 shots.
