Hethersett PF (A) 16 June

On a beautiful sunny evening, three Priory teams took on the challenge of a roving cot at Hethersett Playing Fields bowls club.

There were some exciting and hilarious moments as they encountered bowls crossing their path from different directions; however, despite a valiant effort on our part, including some amazing shots, it was a resounding win for the opposition, 66 v 36.

However, it was a most enjoyable, friendly evening, culminating in a magnificent spread that could be eaten outside as the weather was still balmy. We look forward to getting our revenge when we play them on our home ground.
